Camera inspection
Camera locates the blockage position and type before any work starts

Capital
Unblocking bathroom drains in Kaifan includes checking pipes from the floor outlet to the main street line. We use a camera to diagnose blockages, roots and cracks. We pass a snake or high-pressure jet depending on the blockage type. We test drainage with hot and cold water before finishing.
Kaifan houses sit in gardens with dense trees, and roots penetrate drainage pipes especially older ones. Bathroom floor outlets are deep and waste lines are long under the landscape. We camera the pipes to tell if roots have cracked the pipe or are just blocking the passage. If the pipe is broken we recommend replacing the damaged section rather than temporary root removal.
Kaifan sits in Kuwait governorate near the Kuwait Sporting Club, a premium residential area with wide gardens and decades-old trees.
After clearing, we camera the line again from the access point to the street to confirm the pipe is entirely free of root matter.

How we work

Tell us what is happening and where, and the right equipment is loaded before we arrive.

We film the line from inside and know the kind of blockage and its exact place. No guessing.

High pressure water, a machine or a drain snake, whichever the line actually needs.

The camera runs a second pass and you see the line clear with your own eyes before we leave.
Same method, same equipment. Only the size of the job changes.

Removing roots is only temporary because a cracked pipe lets soil and debris back in. We recommend replacing the damaged section to prevent blockages returning in the same spot.
Cutting small roots with a snake is safe and does not harm the mature tree. But if the roots are very thick we suggest calling a landscape specialist to assess the tree's health before further work.
