Scope of service
We provide drain and sewage unclogging, plumbing and sanitary works, and water heater services within the State of Kuwait. The service is mobile and comes to the customer. There is no branch and no reception.
Requesting service
Service is requested by phone or WhatsApp on the number shown on this site. Requests are not taken through forms on the site, and no payment is processed through it.
Inspection and pricing
The work required is established after the case has been inspected, and the details are agreed with the customer before work starts. Any additional work that appears during the job is raised with the customer before it is carried out.
What we need from you
Access to the work location, and anything you already know about the network or previous work on it, because that directly affects how the fault is approached.
Recording and documentation
The line may be filmed from inside with the inspection camera before and after the work. That footage relates to the condition of the network, is shared with the customer, and is not used in any way that compromises their privacy.
