Network route planning
Drain routes mapped against the site plan and building layout

Jahra
A properly buried sewer network in Jahra Industrial connects factories and laboratories to the boundary chamber and treatment plant. We select pipe diameters based on discharge loads, grade lines steadily, and test with full-flow pumping before handover.
Factories and labs in Jahra Industrial discharge varied and sometimes intermittent flows, some sources dump large quantities suddenly like machine wash or floor cleaning. The network here needs a reliable fall that prevents standing water and sufficient diameters to handle sudden peaks. We inspect all discharge sources and ask about expected rates and possible contaminants. If the waste contains acid or oils we use resistant pipes and possibly a separation tank before the main network.
Jahra Industrial sits in Jahra governorate, a factory zone where networks need extra corrosion resistance.
We test the network with intermittent pumping that mimics actual factory discharge to measure velocity and stability.

How we work

Tell us what is happening and where, and the right equipment is loaded before we arrive.

We film the line from inside and know the kind of blockage and its exact place. No guessing.

High pressure water, a machine or a drain snake, whichever the line actually needs.

The camera runs a second pass and you see the line clear with your own eyes before we leave.
Same method, same equipment. Only the size of the job changes.

Why us
Amana means trust. Someone else's home is not ours to be careless in.
Do not take our word for it. Look at the line yourself.
Breaking is the last resort, never the first step.
A blocked line does not wait for the morning.
Six governorates, 139 areas.
For buildings and complexes, servicing before the problem starts.
Restaurants, offices and complexes, not only homes.

It depends on the contaminants in the discharge. If simple, regular PVC is sufficient. But if it contains acid or chemicals we use PE or cement pipes with corrosion resistance or add a neutralization tank before the network.
We increase the pipe diameter or add a second parallel sewer line. We test by simulating actual discharge or using engineering calculations to ensure safe velocity without breakage.
