Operation and maintenance contract
Scheduled agreement that sets visit frequency and inspection scope.

Farwaniya
In Abdullah Mubarak, a maintenance contract ensures your feed pumps, pipe runs and drain lines do not fail without warning. We visit your home every six weeks or quarterly depending on system age and component performance. We inspect for leaks, corrosion, salt deposit and slow blockages in waste lines. A written report stays with you to track your network's condition.
Many Abdullah Mubarak homes near Abdullah Mubarak Co-op use copper and galvanised-steel pipes, which are prone to red oxide and internal corrosion after two decades. We run taps regularly to check water colour and inspect exposed runs in bathrooms and kitchens from the outside. If we see brown spots or rust we recommend replacing the affected section before it bursts. In tanks we test entry and exit seals and check wall cleanliness for deposits.
Abdullah Mubarak sits in Farwaniya near the Sixth Ring Road, a family area where most houses date to earlier decades.
We record water pressure at each inspection because a drop signals a hidden leak in buried pipe.
Scheduled agreement that sets visit frequency and inspection scope.
Pressure readings and pipe condition checks for scale and corrosion.
Tracing drain flow and clearing grease traps and outlets before blockage.
Acoustic listening and meter reading to catch hidden wall leaks early.
Checking transfer and pressure pumps and ground and roof tanks.
Written document after every visit listing condition findings and recommendations.
How we work

Tell us what is happening and where, and the right equipment is loaded before we arrive.

We film the line from inside and know the kind of blockage and its exact place. No guessing.

High pressure water, a machine or a drain snake, whichever the line actually needs.

The camera runs a second pass and you see the line clear with your own eyes before we leave.
Same method, same equipment. Only the size of the job changes.

The contract covers inspection, reporting and advice. New parts like pipes, taps and valves are purchased at cost price and fitted straightaway without waiting for separate approval. We notify you of cost before buying.
If the house is older or water is very hard, every six weeks is best. If newer and water is clean, every three months suffices. We set the schedule with you based on what we see in the first inspection and adjust if needed.
