What sets this area apart
Squat pans are set into a stepped concrete base with a deep trap below, and that base is usually the hardest part of the job. We break it out, remove the old trap, and build the floor back to the bathroom level with a screed that falls to the floor drain. Many Khitan households keep a hand shower beside the new bowl, so we bring a separate cold line to the frame for a bidet spray.
