Fault diagnosis
Identifying the true cause before any intervention or breaking

Jahra
Master plumbing in Qaisariya handles complex faults in drainage and supply networks for homes and commercial buildings. We use advanced diagnostic equipment and repair blockages and leaks while preserving existing structures.
Qaisariya has a mix of residential homes and small commercial shops, many buildings with old tile floors and pipes running beneath them. When main horizontal drain blockages occur, the challenge is reaching the pipe without breaking large floor areas. We use a camera from the nearest access point to locate the exact blockage, then decide whether high-pressure water cleaning or limited localised excavation is needed.
Qaisariya sits in Jahra governorate, a mixed residential and commercial area where work must be swift and careful around older foundations.
We use a dynamic pressure gauge at every access point because pressure reading indicates water flow speed and reveals the true blockage location.
Identifying the true cause before any intervention or breaking
Pinpointing and repairing hidden leaks with minimum wall opening
Running pressure and drain lines in correct materials and sizes
Installing and setting sanitary ware, valves and mixers correctly
Diagnosing and fixing faults in transfer, pressure pumps and tanks
Pressure testing and confirming no leak after the work is closed
How we work

Tell us what is happening and where, and the right equipment is loaded before we arrive.

We film the line from inside and know the kind of blockage and its exact place. No guessing.

High pressure water, a machine or a drain snake, whichever the line actually needs.

The camera runs a second pass and you see the line clear with your own eyes before we leave.
Same method, same equipment. Only the size of the job changes.

It is very safe if we use the correct pressure, usually only 150 to 200 bar for old plastic and galvanised pipes. Higher pressure we reserve for modern pipes and copper only. We test pressure on a short section first before applying it full length.
Usually one hour from the first available access point after feeding the camera and gently pressuring the line. If access points are distant or the blockage deep, it may take two hours, then we present the repair plan before starting work.
