Isolation valves
Repair or replace main and branch isolation valves that no longer shut fully.

Mubarak Al-Kabeer
Shutoff valves in Sabhan Industrial facilities endure high pressures and large flows, so they need strict periodic checks. We test each valve at full pressure, record its performance and replace worn parts before leaks happen. Industrial valves differ from domestic ones in bolt head sizes and gasket specifications.
Sabhan industrial plants depend on complex water networks with main and branch valves on different lines. Large valves between pumps and steel tanks need careful calibration during repair. We stand at the valve and confirm it builds full pressure without body weeps.
Sabhan Industrial sits in Mubarak Al-Kabeer governorate and houses warehouses and factories that rely on heavy-duty control valves.
Every valve test is recorded in a fixed maintenance log because industrial facilities require legal documentation of service.
Repair or replace main and branch isolation valves that no longer shut fully.
Fix stiff or leaking ball valves caused by scale deposits around the ball seat.
Repair broken or corroded gate valve stems common in older Kuwaiti homes.
Adjust or replace pressure-reducing valves causing fluctuating supply pressure.
Repair float valves in ground and roof tanks that overflow or fail to shut off.
Replace failed check valves that allow backflow in pump and tank feed lines.
How we work

Tell us what is happening and where, and the right equipment is loaded before we arrive.

We film the line from inside and know the kind of blockage and its exact place. No guessing.

High pressure water, a machine or a drain snake, whichever the line actually needs.

The camera runs a second pass and you see the line clear with your own eyes before we leave.
Same method, same equipment. Only the size of the job changes.

Why us
Amana means trust. Someone else's home is not ours to be careless in.
Do not take our word for it. Look at the line yourself.
Breaking is the last resort, never the first step.
A blocked line does not wait for the morning.
Six governorates, 139 areas.
For buildings and complexes, servicing before the problem starts.

We recommend monthly checks of main valves and full testing every six months. If pressure is very high or flow volume large we suggest quarterly inspections.
In some cases yes if you have a spare valve or bypass line. Otherwise flow must be stopped at the main source. We plan the work with facility management to minimise downtime.
