Ahmadi
Leak detection in Julaiaa focuses on distribution lines spanning vast stretches of southern desert with few occupied buildings. One leak can drain thousands of litres daily without showing in open terrain. We track the loss by balancing pressure and flow equations.
Pipe runs in Julaiaa stretch long distances between pump stations, roof tanks and few consumption points. Across these vast stretches a leak may form at a joint or hairline crack in the pipe, with moisture soaking into sand leaving no visible trace. We calculate expected flow from first pump to last point, and any loss points to a leak en route. Then we divide the line into sections and test each by isolating and measuring.
Julaiaa sits in southern Ahmadi governorate, a sprawling desert zone where buried pipes run between a few scattered oases.
We measure actual flow from each pump station and compare it to the meter reading to calculate real losses before searching for location.
Sensitive listening device pinpoints the leak behind tiles precisely.
Flexible camera enters the pipe and shows the crack or failed joint.
Leak located accurately so breaking is limited to the exact fault.
Floor and wall leaks identified before any tiles are lifted.
Ground and roof tank inspection to find where water is being lost.
Faulty section repaired after location is confirmed, then line tested.
How we work

Tell us what is happening and where, and the right equipment is loaded before we arrive.

We film the line from inside and know the kind of blockage and its exact place. No guessing.

High pressure water, a machine or a drain snake, whichever the line actually needs.

The camera runs a second pass and you see the line clear with your own eyes before we leave.
Same method, same equipment. Only the size of the job changes.

Why us
Amana means trust. Someone else's home is not ours to be careless in.
Do not take our word for it. Look at the line yourself.
Breaking is the last resort, never the first step.
A blocked line does not wait for the morning.
Six governorates, 139 areas.
For buildings and complexes, servicing before the problem starts.
Restaurants, offices and complexes, not only homes.

We divide the long line into short sections by raising pressure in each section isolated from the others. When we pressurize the damaged section it drops fast due to the leak, so we know roughly where it is.
We leave a recording pressure gauge on each section for hours or a day to track slow pressure drops. The rate of drop tells us the leak size and how close it is to the gauge.
