Acoustic pipe listening
Sensitive sensor picks up leak noise through tiles and plaster

Jahra
Leak detection in Qasr focuses on hot water pipes in walls and distribution lines under thick concrete floors. We use thermal imaging and a moisture meter together to pinpoint the leak before any breaking.
Qasr houses are closely built with thick concrete, and hot pipes run inside walls and slabs to save space. When a hot pipe leaks, heat spreads through the concrete and tiles above stay warm. We use thermal imaging to see the temperature difference between warm and cool zones, then confirm the leak with a moisture meter.
Qasr is an older residential district in Jahra where thick concrete floors and wall-filled piping are common in houses.
We measure surface temperature with thermal imaging because leaking hot water pipes here leave clear heat marks on tiles.
Sensitive sensor picks up leak noise through tiles and plaster
Flexible camera checks for cracks and corrosion inside supply lines
Tracing the hidden pipe route to narrow the search zone
Systematic check of suspect surfaces without lifting a single tile
Confirming whether moisture source is the tank or a supply pipe
Exact leak point confirmed before the repair team is engaged
How we work

Tell us what is happening and where, and the right equipment is loaded before we arrive.

We film the line from inside and know the kind of blockage and its exact place. No guessing.

High pressure water, a machine or a drain snake, whichever the line actually needs.

The camera runs a second pass and you see the line clear with your own eyes before we leave.
Same method, same equipment. Only the size of the job changes.

Thermal imaging shows where hot water moves but does not confirm actual leakage. We use the moisture meter to verify water is really in the concrete and pinpoint the exact boundaries of the leak.
If the pipe is near the surface we cut only a small amount of tile and plaster above it to repair the joint or pipe section. If it is very deep we may need to open a larger wall section depending on its exact location.
