Acoustic detection
Pinpoints the leak behind tiles before any tile is touched

Stopping pipe leaks in Surra addresses complex networks in luxury villas and large residential buildings near Surra Co-op. We locate the leak using acoustic or pressure detection, then open the site and replace the damaged pipe or fitting.
Luxury villas in Surra on the Fourth Ring Road contain complex pipe networks feeding multiple bathrooms, gardens and air-conditioning systems. Pipes run horizontally beneath marble and granite and vertically through walls clad with expensive finishes, making openings very costly. When a villa owner suspects a leak we first use an acoustic detector to listen for water escaping beneath the floor, then open only a small section around the pinpointed spot.
Surra lies in Kuwait City on the Fourth Ring Road, a prestige residential area of luxury villas and high-end buildings.
We test replaced pipes under dynamic pressure while running water taps to ensure no leaks under actual use conditions.

How we work

Tell us what is happening and where, and the right equipment is loaded before we arrive.

We film the line from inside and know the kind of blockage and its exact place. No guessing.

High pressure water, a machine or a drain snake, whichever the line actually needs.

The camera runs a second pass and you see the line clear with your own eyes before we leave.
Same method, same equipment. Only the size of the job changes.

We use an acoustic detector that picks up the sound of escaping water through marble, then pinpoint the exact location. We open a small access hole from below or the side rather than from above.
We shut off water to the AC system from the main valve, then inspect the pipe. If the leak is near the pump we check the pump coupling and filter, if distant we replace the leaking pipe section.
