Can we repair a pit with deep cracks without replacing the walls?
If cracks are only in mortar between stones, we fill them with cement repair and let it cure. If they run through the stone itself and deep, we may need to apply a new concrete liner to the interior walls.
How long after sealing can we use the pit again?
We keep the pit dry for at least three days before drainage lines feed into it. After that wait, we test the seal by filling a test line and watching for any drop.
