Pre-work camera check
Camera locates the blockage position and type before the snake enters

Farwaniya
Opening a blocked line in Ardhiya Industrial begins by lifting the inspection pit cover and feeding the snake head into the pipe. We move slowly toward the blockage while running the camera simultaneously to see ahead. When we reach the obstruction we stop, record the location and push through the debris. After breakthrough we retract snake and camera together and confirm the line flows clear.
Large factories and warehouses in Ardhiya Industrial have drainage networks collecting waste from multiple points in the building before reaching one main line buried under the floor. When that main line blocks, water backs up into the nearest inspection pit close to the building. We start there because the pit gives us a safe entry point and a clear angle toward the blockage. We work snake and camera carefully because these lines run through thick concrete slabs that are difficult to cut later.
Ardhiya Industrial sits in Farwaniya governorate where heavy factories and warehouses share a unified drainage network that requires regular maintenance.
We test the line after breakthrough by running full-flow water from the source toward the pit to ensure no debris remains trapped.
Camera locates the blockage position and type before the snake enters
Flexible rod breaks through the solid obstruction inside the pipe without digging
Camera re-enters the line after unblocking to confirm the passage is fully open
Snake pulls sand, hair and soap residue out of the floor trap fitting
Snake cuts through congealed grease layers common in Kuwaiti kitchen drain lines
Checking the blockage has not extended into the main line beyond the property
How we work

Tell us what is happening and where, and the right equipment is loaded before we arrive.

We film the line from inside and know the kind of blockage and its exact place. No guessing.

High pressure water, a machine or a drain snake, whichever the line actually needs.

The camera runs a second pass and you see the line clear with your own eyes before we leave.
Same method, same equipment. Only the size of the job changes.

It depends on how deep the blockage sits and its distance from the first pit. Most blockages clear within one to two hours, but if the obstruction is distant or hard we may need longer.
Usually not. We use the existing pit and work the snake and camera from there. If the blockage is too distant or the snake cannot breach it we suggest digging an intermediate pit closer to it.
