Network route planning
Drain routes mapped against the site plan and building layout

Ahmadi
The sewer network at Zour collects wastewater from the power plant, boilers, labs and facilities toward the boundary chamber on steady fall. We route pipes around heavy structures and test every joint before trench closure.
The power plant at Zour contains massive steam boilers, cooling towers, water analysis labs and worker restrooms. Drainage from each unit has different temperature and salt content, so we run separate lines from each section then combine them at one collection point. We verify fall and flow and bury pipes deep enough to protect against ground heat reflection and loading.
Zour sits in Ahmadi governorate, a power generation zone where the network carries hot, high-salinity water.
Before installation we test drainage temperature from each unit to select heat-resistant pipe grades.

How we work

Tell us what is happening and where, and the right equipment is loaded before we arrive.

We film the line from inside and know the kind of blockage and its exact place. No guessing.

High pressure water, a machine or a drain snake, whichever the line actually needs.

The camera runs a second pass and you see the line clear with your own eyes before we leave.
Same method, same equipment. Only the size of the job changes.

Why us
Amana means trust. Someone else's home is not ours to be careless in.
Do not take our word for it. Look at the line yourself.
Breaking is the last resort, never the first step.
A blocked line does not wait for the morning.
Six governorates, 139 areas.
For buildings and complexes, servicing before the problem starts.
Restaurants, offices and complexes, not only homes.

Standard plastic pipes cannot handle water above 65 degrees. We use high-grade PVC or HDPE with thermal insulation if water exceeds 70 degrees.
We select a larger diameter than typical residential areas to ease sediment flow. We place inspection points at close intervals and create a deep-sump collection point to trap sediment before final discharge.
