Blocked outlet clearing
Removing sand and silt blocking storm-water outlet pipes

Capital
Storm-water drainage in Adailiya focuses on the gently elevated terrain around the German Embassy and broad gardens. We study natural slope paths and design pipes that move water from high roofs to low collection points smoothly.
Adailiya has upscale houses and villas with spacious front gardens and multi-level architectural roofs. Water slopes from high roofs toward side paths and gardens, and the soil here is sandy with good natural drainage. We trace the land's natural slope and install 100 mm pipes at a minimum 1:100 fall, ending at a co-op main or a deep seepage pit beneath the rear garden.
Adailiya sits in Kuwait governorate near Adailiya Park and the German Embassy, an upscale district with comfortable natural slope.
We test the pit depth needed by drilling a sample borehole first to check the different drainage strata.

How we work

Tell us what is happening and where, and the right equipment is loaded before we arrive.

We film the line from inside and know the kind of blockage and its exact place. No guessing.

High pressure water, a machine or a drain snake, whichever the line actually needs.

The camera runs a second pass and you see the line clear with your own eyes before we leave.
Same method, same equipment. Only the size of the job changes.

Yes, if soil is sandy and permeable we dig a pit 2, 3 m deep and fill it with gravel and perforated pipes. We test capacity by flooding the pit to confirm rapid seepage without pooling.
We choose powder-coated metal pipes in neutral tones or bury them in side boundary walls. If the front is visible we relocate the run to the rear or hang slender pipes high on the corner.
