Ground elevation readings confirm the natural direction water will travel

Capital
Storm drain design in Dasma faces a unique challenge: tall buildings and wide roofs that collect large volumes of water in tight space. We start by measuring each roof area and calculating expected flow rates. The main collection chamber is positioned away from neighbouring building foundations. The result is a design file showing large-diameter pipes and distributed inspection chambers to ease pressure.
Dasma is dominated by medium-rise residential buildings with very wide, flat roofs that collect water rapidly when heavy rain falls, pooling at low corners and edges. We first map internal roof channels to direct water toward main gutters. Vertical downpipes must be large diameter because volume here is far greater than a standard family house. Underground we create multiple chambers to distribute load before water reaches the street.
Dasma sits in Kuwait governorate near the city centre, a multi-storey residential district where drainage calculation depends on large roof surface area.
Roof slope is measured precisely because a five-centimetre difference in gutter height changes water flow direction to an entirely different side.
Ground elevation readings confirm the natural direction water will travel
Expected flow volume determines the correct pipe diameter for each run
Gullies are positioned so no low point is left without an outlet
Chambers placed at every direction change to allow future maintenance
Adequate slope prevents sand settlement and keeps flow gravity-driven
Final discharge point set away from foundations, fencing and neighbouring plots
How we work

Tell us what is happening and where, and the right equipment is loaded before we arrive.

We film the line from inside and know the kind of blockage and its exact place. No guessing.

High pressure water, a machine or a drain snake, whichever the line actually needs.

The camera runs a second pass and you see the line clear with your own eyes before we leave.
Same method, same equipment. Only the size of the job changes.

Why us
Amana means trust. Someone else's home is not ours to be careless in.
Do not take our word for it. Look at the line yourself.
Breaking is the last resort, never the first step.
A blocked line does not wait for the morning.
Six governorates, 139 areas.
For buildings and complexes, servicing before the problem starts.
Restaurants, offices and complexes, not only homes.

We suggest adding internal roof channels or raising gutters at specific points to gather water from flat areas. We may add floor drains at low roof spots as sub-collectors if natural slope is too shallow.
We select pipe sizes twenty to thirty percent above minimum and install a cleaning network with inspection chambers at every direction change. The chamber network allows suction hoses to enter for periodic cleaning without breaking the ground.
