Can one wall heater serve two bathrooms?
Yes, if they are close to each other. Pipes branch from the heater then split at the party wall. We test temperature and pressure in each bathroom to ensure both get warm water at reasonable flow.
What if the waste trap is too deep?
We choose a steeper fall angle from the high point down to the trap, or raise the trap by shallow excavation. If the difference is large we suggest a wall-hung toilet with a raised outlet to get the right fall without breaking the house foundation.
