Can a waste point position be moved after it is set during rough-in?
If the screed has not been poured yet, adjustment is straightforward. After pouring, moving a point requires breaking the floor, which is why we confirm all positions with the owner precisely before work starts.
Why does a bathroom with a built-in shower niche differ from a standard bathroom rough-in?
A built-in shower niche needs a drain point at the centre of the shower base with a fall from all sides, plus separate hot and cold supply points. A level error here shows up later as standing water that will not drain.
How does Kuwait's hard water affect bathroom rough-in before finishing?
Hard mineral water deposits scale inside supply fittings over time. This is why we use PPR pipe with heat-fused joints rather than threaded connections that can trap deposits or loosen under the thermal expansion common in Kuwait's climate.
Does bathroom rough-in include fitting the sanitary fixtures themselves?
Rough-in covers pipes and stub-outs only, because fixtures are installed after tiling is complete. Toilet, basin and mixer fitting happens at the finishing stage, which our team can carry out as a separate visit.
What is the difference between roughing in a bathroom in a new villa and replumbing an existing one?
