How do you keep sewage pipes away from electrical runs?
We separate the routes at the planning stage and draw them on the site plan before excavation begins. Drainage goes on one side and electrical conduit on the other with a minimum half-metre clearance between them.
When can you inspect the routes if walls are built quickly?
Inspection happens before concrete is poured and before walls are closed, and we coordinate with site progress to ensure enough time. If inspection is delayed we photograph the route before it is covered.
