Supply pipework
Hot and cold PPR lines run inside walls to each fixture

Capital
Industrial plumbing in Shuwaikh Industrial differs from houses because factories and warehouses need multiple outlets and long runs. We map the network on architectural drawings, lay larger-diameter pipes over floors and under walkways, and test pressure and flow before commissioning.
In warehouses and factories near First Ring Road Gulf we encounter thick concrete floors and seasonal high water loads. We separate cold supply, hot supply and recycle networks, and distribute floor drains across several points to prevent blockages from industrial sediment. Main stacks run overhead through the false ceiling where they avoid floor heat and allow easy access for maintenance and repair.
Shuwaikh Industrial sits in Kuwait governorate between First Ring Road Gulf and internal roads, a dense cluster of factories, warehouses and logistics hubs.
We install supply pipes 50 mm diameter and larger in factories because pressure drops significantly over long distances.
Hot and cold PPR lines run inside walls to each fixture
uPVC drain pipes set at correct fall to prevent sediment buildup
Dishwasher, sink and grease-trap connections run and tested
Individual valve per circuit so one fixture shuts off independently
Network pressurised before plastering to expose any weak joint
Toilets, basins and mixers connected after final finishes are complete
How we work

Tell us what is happening and where, and the right equipment is loaded before we arrive.

We film the line from inside and know the kind of blockage and its exact place. No guessing.

High pressure water, a machine or a drain snake, whichever the line actually needs.

The camera runs a second pass and you see the line clear with your own eyes before we leave.
Same method, same equipment. Only the size of the job changes.

Why us
Amana means trust. Someone else's home is not ours to be careless in.
Do not take our word for it. Look at the line yourself.
Breaking is the last resort, never the first step.
A blocked line does not wait for the morning.
Six governorates, 139 areas.
For buildings and complexes, servicing before the problem starts.

Usually yes, especially if recycled water carries solids. We install separate meters and colour-coded pipes for each use, and filters on process lines to prevent cross-contamination.
We lay floor drains with larger diameters and connect them to a settling pit that collects solids before final discharge. We inspect the drains every six months to remove accumulation.
