What sets this area apart
Khiran villas sit on soft sand foundations very close to seawater, so direct ground drainage is banned and typical floor traps are not everywhere available. We build a perforated concrete soakaway tank at least one and a half metres deep and run insulated plastic pipes so hot water does not heat the soil. For corner villas near the water we may use sand filtration instead of direct soakage.

Does hot drain water damage the sand floor when soaking away directly?
Yes, hot water changes sand properties and causes settlement above the tank after one or two years. We use heavily insulated pipes to cool the water before it reaches the tank and soil.
Can you install the cabin outdoors on the chalet with salt protection?
Yes, but we use a marine-grade painted aluminium frame and salt-resistant treated glass. We seal every gap with marine silicone and inspect seals every six months because damp salt winds cause rapid wear.
