How do we make sure epoxy coverage is even across all walls?
We use a wide brush to spread epoxy from bottom to top, then inspect the surface under strong light after drying. Any thin spots are re-coated before handover.
Does polluted air affect the quality of the fresh coating?
Epoxy cures quickly and is not harmed by air once curing starts. But we cover the tank opening with clean cloth for several hours to prevent dust settling on it while it is still wet.
