Roof pipe insulation
Wrapping exposed roof lines against intense summer heat and UV

Jahra
Pipe insulation in Rawdhatain protects long runs carrying water from treatment plants to villas and resorts near natural spring reserves. Pipes cross open areas and face extreme daily temperature swings and seasonal winds. We apply thick UV-resistant insulation to each run and test under full operating pressure.
Rawdhatain is a protected natural area surrounding springs and marshlands with scattered villas, cottages and small resorts. Main supply pipes run exposed across open terrain for kilometres with no sun shelter, heating to above fifty degrees and dropping to twenty rapidly after sunset. Cold water from deep wells begins heavy sweating the moment it enters hot metal pipes. Insulation cuts thermal loss and protects pipes from repeated expansion and contraction.
Rawdhatain lies in Jahra governorate, known for protected natural springs and their ecological and tourism importance.
Heat loss from exposed pipes is measured by running the system for one hour and recording temperatures at monitoring points.

How we work

Tell us what is happening and where, and the right equipment is loaded before we arrive.

We film the line from inside and know the kind of blockage and its exact place. No guessing.

High pressure water, a machine or a drain snake, whichever the line actually needs.

The camera runs a second pass and you see the line clear with your own eyes before we leave.
Same method, same equipment. Only the size of the job changes.

Why us
Amana means trust. Someone else's home is not ours to be careless in.
Do not take our word for it. Look at the line yourself.
Breaking is the last resort, never the first step.
A blocked line does not wait for the morning.
Six governorates, 139 areas.
For buildings and complexes, servicing before the problem starts.
Restaurants, offices and complexes, not only homes.

We use UV-resistant foam with an outer reflective aluminium jacket that shields from heat and weather. It is tied securely around the pipe to prevent slipping in wind.
We run high test pressure before final insulation installation. After insulation, we monitor line pressure periodically to detect any drop indicating leakage.
