Roof pipe insulation
Wrapping exposed roof lines against intense summer heat and UV

Ahmadi
Pipe insulation in Wafra Agricultural starts with checking hot water lines running from the roof tank across farm structures and livestock areas to distribution points. We wrap pipes in foam or fiberglass to stop heat loss and cut condensation on exposed metal surfaces in open farming zones.
In Wafra Agricultural farms, hot water lines sit exposed to direct sun all day, and without insulation they shed heat fast before reaching wash points and troughs. Bare metal pipes collect cold droplets when ambient air warms, causing rust to form. We measure all main and branch line diameters, choose insulation thickness for the expected heat range, and wrap them tight with secure fastening to supports.
Wafra Agricultural lies in Ahmadi governorate, a wide farming zone where pipes face constant heat and humidity exposure.
Every joint and valve is checked after wrapping to confirm moisture cannot enter beneath the insulation layer.
Wrapping exposed roof lines against intense summer heat and UV
Reducing heat loss along heater supply and distribution runs
Preventing condensation on cold lines that causes wall damp
Fitting insulation sleeves before walls close and tiles go on
Insulating supply lines in restaurants, complexes and office buildings
Checking every joint and gap to confirm full coverage before handover
How we work

Tell us what is happening and where, and the right equipment is loaded before we arrive.

We film the line from inside and know the kind of blockage and its exact place. No guessing.

High pressure water, a machine or a drain snake, whichever the line actually needs.

The camera runs a second pass and you see the line clear with your own eyes before we leave.
Same method, same equipment. Only the size of the job changes.

Why us
Amana means trust. Someone else's home is not ours to be careless in.
Do not take our word for it. Look at the line yourself.
Breaking is the last resort, never the first step.
A blocked line does not wait for the morning.
Six governorates, 139 areas.
For buildings and complexes, servicing before the problem starts.
Restaurants, offices and complexes, not only homes.

For a hot line exposed to full sun, we use foam 25 to 40 mm thick depending on expected temperature. Our heat loss testing before and after shows this thickness cuts losses significantly.
Insulation reduces direct condensation on metal, but does not stop it fully in very humid zones. We use tightly sealed wrap tape with oily compounds for extra protection against oxidation.
