Acoustic detection
Pinpoints the leak behind tiles before any tile is touched

Farwaniya
Stopping a pipe leak in Andalus starts by investigating the copper and metal pipes distributing water from the roof tank to all parts of the home. We identify the leak through visual inspection and pressure testing, then access the wall or floor to reach and repair the pipe.
Andalus homes near Andalus Co-op are often medium-sized properties built in the nineties with copper pipes. Copper lasts well but threaded joints can corrode or leak after ground shift or from hard water. We first look for moisture marks on walls and ceilings, then pressurize the whole supply line to identify which joint is failing before opening the wall.
Andalus sits in Farwaniya governorate near the Fourth Ring Road and is a residential area of standard-sized homes.
Every joint we repair is tested under full flowing water for at least five minutes before resealing the wall.

How we work

Tell us what is happening and where, and the right equipment is loaded before we arrive.

We film the line from inside and know the kind of blockage and its exact place. No guessing.

High pressure water, a machine or a drain snake, whichever the line actually needs.

The camera runs a second pass and you see the line clear with your own eyes before we leave.
Same method, same equipment. Only the size of the job changes.

Copper pipes themselves are very solid, but the threaded joints connecting them can corrode from hard water or minor house movement. Old joints need inspection roughly every five years.
Tightening may stop the leak temporarily only. If corrosion has started, full joint replacement is more reliable and lasts years. We use a pipe wrench to unscrew the old joint and install a new one with thread seal tape.
