Pinpoints the leak behind tiles before any tile is touched

Farwaniya
Stopping pipe leaks in Ardhiya Industrial differs from residential work because tall buildings carry high loads on feed lines. We find the leak using thermal imaging to spot abnormal cold spots or by pressure testing each floor section. Then we open internal walls or ceiling lines and replace stressed pipes.
Warehouses and factories here have tall ceilings and long feed runs crossing concrete slabs with insufficient support. Leaks often appear at bore holes in the concrete where the pipe bends sharply. We pressure test all holes first, then open the suspect area and re-route the pipe more gently with soft pads underneath. If the hole is too tight we carefully enlarge it to avoid weakening the concrete slab.
Ardhiya Industrial sits in Farwaniya governorate, a zone reserved for warehouses and factories with simple designs and heavy loads.
We pressure test at 6 bar in factories because daily temperature swings repeatedly stress copper and plastic pipes.

How we work

Tell us what is happening and where, and the right equipment is loaded before we arrive.

We film the line from inside and know the kind of blockage and its exact place. No guessing.

High pressure water, a machine or a drain snake, whichever the line actually needs.

The camera runs a second pass and you see the line clear with your own eyes before we leave.
Same method, same equipment. Only the size of the job changes.

Why us
Amana means trust. Someone else's home is not ours to be careless in.
Do not take our word for it. Look at the line yourself.
Breaking is the last resort, never the first step.
A blocked line does not wait for the morning.
Six governorates, 139 areas.
For buildings and complexes, servicing before the problem starts.
Restaurants, offices and complexes, not only homes.

We usually work at night or during scheduled shutdowns. We open only the exact spot, not the whole ceiling, and use temporary props from below to ensure structural safety during repair. Work typically takes two to three hours.
We pressure test once before commissioning and again after 24 hours of normal operation. This ensures thermal expansion has not opened any joint. Results are recorded on a written certificate.
