Acoustic detection
Pinpoints the leak behind tiles before any tile is touched

Mubarak Al-Kabeer
Stopping a pipe leak in Qosor requires careful inspection of hot and cold supply lines in house walls. We use sonic detection to locate the leak, isolate the damage and replace the failed section with new pipe.
Qosor houses in the south were built with supply lines embedded in load-bearing walls, hot water running through copper pipe wrapped around cold lines. When hot water leaks it leaves a damp patch right below the wall. We check internal walls for softening or paint bubbling, use a digital moisture meter to measure depth, then open the wall carefully at the narrowest spot where the leak is.
Qosor sits in southern Mubarak Al-Kabeer, a district of older family houses where hot water runs extensively through internal walls.
Every copper joint in the new wall section is pressure-tested at ten bar before the wall is sealed.

How we work

Tell us what is happening and where, and the right equipment is loaded before we arrive.

We film the line from inside and know the kind of blockage and its exact place. No guessing.

High pressure water, a machine or a drain snake, whichever the line actually needs.

The camera runs a second pass and you see the line clear with your own eyes before we leave.
Same method, same equipment. Only the size of the job changes.

Yes, we open only a small window around the damaged pipe about thirty centimetres wide. We replace the leaking section, test it and patch the opening with plaster and paint.
We locate it completely first using sonic detection, then work to reach it. We may need to open a larger area or apply careful heat before resoldering the joint.
