Roof pipe insulation
Wrapping exposed roof lines against intense summer heat and UV

Mubarak Al-Kabeer
Pipe insulation in Qosor focuses on main distribution lines running from the tank through tight house ceilings. We select insulation thickness matched to high temperatures, wrap it tightly, and seal every gap with foam backing.
Qosor's older buildings have cramped ceiling spaces with pipes bunched closely together, raising ambient temperature around them. Insulation cuts heat loss and noise from high-pressure hot water flow. We measure spacing between pipes and test the stability of old clamps before adding insulation weight, watching carefully for electrical wires and other lines to avoid contact.
Qosor sits south in Mubarak Al-Kabeer, an older residential district where tight ceiling spaces are very common.
We stress-test every clamp before adding insulation to ensure it does not shift under the extra load.

Reducing heat loss along heater supply and distribution runs
Preventing condensation on cold lines that causes wall damp
Fitting insulation sleeves before walls close and tiles go on

How we work

Tell us what is happening and where, and the right equipment is loaded before we arrive.

We film the line from inside and know the kind of blockage and its exact place. No guessing.

High pressure water, a machine or a drain snake, whichever the line actually needs.

The camera runs a second pass and you see the line clear with your own eyes before we leave.
Same method, same equipment. Only the size of the job changes.

Why us
Amana means trust. Someone else's home is not ours to be careless in.
Do not take our word for it. Look at the line yourself.
Breaking is the last resort, never the first step.
A blocked line does not wait for the morning.
Six governorates, 139 areas.
For buildings and complexes, servicing before the problem starts.
Restaurants, offices and complexes, not only homes.

Yes, if the insulation does not touch wires directly and does not block air flow around them. We maintain clearance with isolation tape or a spacer if needed.
In Qosor we use three to four centimetre insulation because ceiling heat is very high. We verify it by measuring pipe surface temperature an hour after use.
