Live pressure reading
Measuring cut-in and cut-out values before touching anything

Farwaniya
The pressure-switch setup in Ardhiya Warehouses ensures water reaches every storage unit at steady pressure without drop. We read the tank gauge, inspect the sensing mechanism and adjust the upper and lower pressure limits. Full testing after tuning confirms the switch restarts the pump at the correct moment.
Ardhiya Warehouses experience uneven loads throughout the day, with one loading area drawing more water than another. The tank cycles between upper and lower pressure, and the electromechanical switch reads this fluctuation. We open the top cover and inspect the internal diaphragm and springs, cleaning mineral deposits from the tank bottom that can jam the mechanism. After cleaning, we adjust the springs to set cut-in and cut-out points precisely at the pressure required for operations in each warehouse.
Ardhiya Warehouses sit in Farwaniya governorate, a major storage zone demanding a reliable pressure system to serve multiple locations.
Pressure readings are recorded before and after tuning on site to document the settings change.
Measuring cut-in and cut-out values before touching anything
Testing the air bladder charge and refilling it if pressure is lost
Cleaning contacts or fitting a new switch matched to pump capacity
Calibrating both thresholds precisely to prevent rapid on-off cycling
Inspecting wiring and terminal resistance at both switch contacts
Running the pump and confirming stable pressure through a full cycle
How we work

Tell us what is happening and where, and the right equipment is loaded before we arrive.

We film the line from inside and know the kind of blockage and its exact place. No guessing.

High pressure water, a machine or a drain snake, whichever the line actually needs.

The camera runs a second pass and you see the line clear with your own eyes before we leave.
Same method, same equipment. Only the size of the job changes.

Why us
Amana means trust. Someone else's home is not ours to be careless in.
Do not take our word for it. Look at the line yourself.
Breaking is the last resort, never the first step.
A blocked line does not wait for the morning.
Six governorates, 139 areas.
For buildings and complexes, servicing before the problem starts.
Restaurants, offices and complexes, not only homes.

Yes, every six months the diaphragm and springs should be checked and mineral deposits cleaned from the tank. Moisture, oxygen and mineral salts accumulate and slow the switch response.
The pump will either run non-stop or not start at all depending on the fault type. We replace the unit with a new calibrated switch and clean the tank before installation.
