Live pressure reading
Measuring cut-in and cut-out values before touching anything

Farwaniya
The automatic pressure switch in Rai Industrial serves large villas and multi-storey compounds whose water demand is different from ordinary homes. We read pressure from a gauge mounted on the tank, inspect the switch and adjust it to match the building's water needs.
Rai Industrial contains large villas and tall commercial buildings, each with a ground tank, overhead tank and powerful pump. Tall buildings need higher pressure than small villas, so the switch must be calibrated precisely for each site. We check the tank height above the highest floor and set the cut-out point so pressure does not stress upper pipes. If pressure is too high, pipes may leak from above; if too low, upper floors get no water.
Rai Industrial is a mixed industrial and residential zone in Farwaniya adjacent to The Avenues Mall, where buildings vary widely in height and water consumption.
After switch adjustment, we open all taps on upper floors simultaneously to measure real-world pressure and confirm water reaches with steady force.
Measuring cut-in and cut-out values before touching anything
Testing the air bladder charge and refilling it if pressure is lost
Cleaning contacts or fitting a new switch matched to pump capacity
Calibrating both thresholds precisely to prevent rapid on-off cycling
Inspecting wiring and terminal resistance at both switch contacts
Running the pump and confirming stable pressure through a full cycle
How we work

Tell us what is happening and where, and the right equipment is loaded before we arrive.

We film the line from inside and know the kind of blockage and its exact place. No guessing.

High pressure water, a machine or a drain snake, whichever the line actually needs.

The camera runs a second pass and you see the line clear with your own eyes before we leave.
Same method, same equipment. Only the size of the job changes.

Why us
Amana means trust. Someone else's home is not ours to be careless in.
Do not take our word for it. Look at the line yourself.
Breaking is the last resort, never the first step.
A blocked line does not wait for the morning.
Six governorates, 139 areas.
For buildings and complexes, servicing before the problem starts.
Restaurants, offices and complexes, not only homes.

Because water loses pressure as it rises, a tall building needs a higher cut-out pressure for water to reach upper floors with force. We measure the height difference between tank and top floor and set the switch accordingly.
Upper pipes begin leaking from joints and ruptures, and the pump consumes more electricity fighting excessive backpressure. We lower the cut-out point gradually until water reaches all floors without stress.
