Why does water from the tank run out quickly after a new pump is fitted?
Often because the pressure control valve is set too high, so it pushes water quickly into the tank then closes early. We lower the valve setting gradually until pressure reaches the correct value and flow stabilizes.
Can the pump be installed inside the tank itself?
We do not recommend it in Mirqab because shared tanks are hard to maintain and clean. We fit the pump on the roof beside the tank where it is accessible for inspection, maintenance and quick repair.
