Does high groundwater affect tank durability?
Not if sealed properly, but the tank must sit above the groundwater level with a safety margin. We add a drainage layer and conduct full hydrostatic pressure testing before handover.
How deep can we safely dig in Shaab?
Usually three metres below surface before hitting high moisture. If you want deeper, we use thicker concrete walls and run a continuous drain pump during construction.
