Tank body inspection
Checking the outer shell and all joints for seepage or moisture

Capital
A water heater in Yarmouk may leak from the tank body, its many fittings or the outlet pipes. We arrive for a thorough inspection that covers the heater surface, brass fittings and metal lines. We use pressure testing to find the leak location before starting any repair work.
Larger Yarmouk villas have bigger heaters mounted on external bathroom cupboard walls. Copper pipes connect the heater to hot-water distribution across multiple bathrooms and WCs. A slow leak from a copper pipe fitting may cause mineral and lime buildup on the wall. We check each fitting with a separate pressure gauge and test the hot line under full pressure to reveal potential leaks.
Yarmouk is an upscale residential neighbourhood in the capital near جمعية اليرموك التعاونية and Yarmouk Sports Club, where large villas are the norm.
We test hot and cold pressure separately at each copper fitting because thermal pressure may cause a leak that does not show under cold pressure alone.
Checking the outer shell and all joints for seepage or moisture
Pinpointing concealed leaks by sound without opening the wall
Running a camera into supply or drain lines to trace the moisture source
Inspecting inlet, outlet and surrounding fittings for weeping joints
Checking the area around fuel or power entries for secondary moisture sources
Delivering a clear finding on where the leak is and what repair is needed
How we work

Tell us what is happening and where, and the right equipment is loaded before we arrive.

We film the line from inside and know the kind of blockage and its exact place. No guessing.

High pressure water, a machine or a drain snake, whichever the line actually needs.

The camera runs a second pass and you see the line clear with your own eyes before we leave.
Same method, same equipment. Only the size of the job changes.

We examine the damp location first. If it is directly under the heater, the leak is from the unit or its fittings. We test both cold and hot pressure to pinpoint exactly which part is leaking.
Only the leaking fitting needs replacement. We unscrew the old fitting with a pipe wrench, clean the internal and external threads, and install a new tight fitting with hot-water sealing compound.
