Farwaniya
A new water heater in Ishbiliya begins with a full survey of cold water pressure and distance from entry to the furthest bathroom. We mount the tank so it delivers even flow across all floors, run copper pipes at the right diameter and test performance before handing over.
Ishbiliya buildings are typically three storeys or higher with multiple units per floor, each unit using hot water differently. We mount the heater in a shared plant room near Ishbiliya Co-op or in a basement if safe space exists there. We test that each unit gets hot water at the same temperature even when two taps run at once, and we fit a pressure regulator so temperature does not drop when more than one tap opens.
Ishbiliya is located in Farwaniya governorate and contains multi-storey apartment buildings where the heater must deliver equal heat across multiple units.
We measure temperature at the kitchen and bathroom tap for each unit separately after one hour of full operation.
Capacity matched to actual household size and usage pattern
Secure fixing to wall or platform rated for the tank weight
Hot and cold lines connected with heat-rated fittings and isolation valves
Electrical or gas supply connected; ventilation verified for gas units
Pressure relief valve and expansion vessel fitted before pressurising
System filled and checked for leaks before final handover
How we work

Tell us what is happening and where, and the right equipment is loaded before we arrive.

We film the line from inside and know the kind of blockage and its exact place. No guessing.

High pressure water, a machine or a drain snake, whichever the line actually needs.

The camera runs a second pass and you see the line clear with your own eyes before we leave.
Same method, same equipment. Only the size of the job changes.

Why us
Amana means trust. Someone else's home is not ours to be careless in.
Do not take our word for it. Look at the line yourself.
Breaking is the last resort, never the first step.
A blocked line does not wait for the morning.

Yes, if distances are reasonable and each unit has its own water divider. We size the heater based on total tap count and expected use, and fit a pressure regulator to prevent temperature drop when several units run together.
First we check the safety valve and thermostat, then verify power is connected properly. If the tank is new it may be air-locked, and we open the drain valve slowly until all air is completely purged.
