Network route planning
Drain routes mapped against the site plan and building layout

Jahra
Sewer networks on Mutlaa ridge rely on precise understanding of natural ground slope and near-surface rock. We measure every point on the property, lay pipe with minimum 1-in-200 fall, and check for bedrock before deep excavation.
Mutlaa houses typically stand on a high ridge where limestone sits very close to the surface. We use a metal detector and small digger to pinpoint bedrock before starting main work. If rock is too shallow we propose a wider pipe run instead of deep digging, or drill carefully if the route is straight and necessary.
Mutlaa sits at Jahra's highest point, a rocky ridge overlooking the desert plain at over 300 metres elevation.
We record natural ground slope at three points minimum using a level to ensure pipe routing follows the natural fall.

How we work

Tell us what is happening and where, and the right equipment is loaded before we arrive.

We film the line from inside and know the kind of blockage and its exact place. No guessing.

High pressure water, a machine or a drain snake, whichever the line actually needs.

The camera runs a second pass and you see the line clear with your own eyes before we leave.
Same method, same equipment. Only the size of the job changes.

Why us
Amana means trust. Someone else's home is not ours to be careless in.
Do not take our word for it. Look at the line yourself.
Breaking is the last resort, never the first step.
A blocked line does not wait for the morning.
Six governorates, 139 areas.
For buildings and complexes, servicing before the problem starts.
Restaurants, offices and complexes, not only homes.

We precisely determine rock depth then offer two options: divert the pipe route sideways or drill through professionally. The first option costs less if adjacent ground is suitable.
Quite the opposite: high elevation gives us excellent natural slope from property to boundary chamber. We leverage this existing slope better than any lower location.
