Can roof runoff drain straight to the sea from the villa?
Yes, if the villa sits close to the waterfront and the natural slope runs seaward, we create a direct drain line to the agreed coastal point. This costs less than connecting to the municipality network under the street.
What if the villa is surrounded by high walls with no digging space?
We propose a deep sump under the inner courtyard to collect and discharge water via a side pipe toward the street. In some cases we raise the side outlet slightly above courtyard level to minimise excavation.
