Blocked outlet clearing
Removing sand and silt blocking storm-water outlet pipes

Farwaniya
Storm-water drainage in Rai Industrial covers large warehouses and workshops with high roofs and broad yards collecting vast water volumes. We calculate flow rates from roof area and Kuwait rainfall to size pipes and pits. Each network section is tested under high pressure and pipes buried at steady fall no less than one percent slope. This ensures drainage before rain stops.
Rai warehouses and factories have extended roofs and loading yards paved with concrete at gentle slope. We laser-level the yards and find natural low points where we place catch basins and collection grids. We run 150 to 200 millimetre pipes from each basin toward a large collection tank or very deep pit. For workshops handling oil or chemicals we add a separator tank before the main pit to remove contaminants.
Rai Industrial sits in Farwaniya as a zone of large warehouses where substantial rainfall collects quickly.
We run water continuously for one minute through every basin and line to confirm no blockage before covering pipes.

How we work

Tell us what is happening and where, and the right equipment is loaded before we arrive.

We film the line from inside and know the kind of blockage and its exact place. No guessing.

High pressure water, a machine or a drain snake, whichever the line actually needs.

The camera runs a second pass and you see the line clear with your own eyes before we leave.
Same method, same equipment. Only the size of the job changes.

Why us
Amana means trust. Someone else's home is not ours to be careless in.
Do not take our word for it. Look at the line yourself.
Breaking is the last resort, never the first step.
A blocked line does not wait for the morning.
Six governorates, 139 areas.
For buildings and complexes, servicing before the problem starts.
Restaurants, offices and complexes, not only homes.

It depends on soil absorption rate underneath. We dig test holes and measure water absorption speed first. Usually we recommend a pit holding 150 cubic metres with distribution pipes beneath to increase absorption surface area.
No, water will not flow to one point from flat yard. We grade a gentle 0.5 percent minimum slope from edges to centre or place several distributed basins. This speeds drainage and prevents water from pooling under equipment.
