Site level survey
Ground elevation readings confirm the natural direction water will travel

Farwaniya
Storm-drain design in Dajeej at the desert fringe requires deep understanding of sandy soil and shallow groundwater. We survey precise topography to find natural flow directions and design open channels where ground allows. The result is a network that respects site conditions.
Dajeej soil is deep sand with groundwater very close to the surface. This means deep buried pipes may become saturated with groundwater during wet seasons. We design open channels with gentle grades where soil gradually absorbs water. If needed we use perforated PVC pipes to let soil absorb part of the flow instead of relying solely on street discharge. We measure groundwater level first to set safe depth for sealed pipes.
Dajeej is a residential area on Farwaniya's desert edge where soil is sandy and groundwater sits shallow.
Soil permeability is tested with a deep pit test to measure sand absorption rate before designing open channels.
Ground elevation readings confirm the natural direction water will travel
Expected flow volume determines the correct pipe diameter for each run
Gullies are positioned so no low point is left without an outlet
Chambers placed at every direction change to allow future maintenance
Adequate slope prevents sand settlement and keeps flow gravity-driven
Final discharge point set away from foundations, fencing and neighbouring plots
How we work

Tell us what is happening and where, and the right equipment is loaded before we arrive.

We film the line from inside and know the kind of blockage and its exact place. No guessing.

High pressure water, a machine or a drain snake, whichever the line actually needs.

The camera runs a second pass and you see the line clear with your own eyes before we leave.
Same method, same equipment. Only the size of the job changes.

Why us
Amana means trust. Someone else's home is not ours to be careless in.
Do not take our word for it. Look at the line yourself.
Breaking is the last resort, never the first step.
A blocked line does not wait for the morning.
Six governorates, 139 areas.
For buildings and complexes, servicing before the problem starts.
Restaurants, offices and complexes, not only homes.

Shallow channels with gentle slope may accumulate sand during windstorms. We design slightly raised edges and fit removable mesh covers over sections near houses. Covers let water pass while blocking sand and leaves.
Yes but only at depths that stay dry most of the year. We test seasonal levels first then bury pipes at least one metre above the highest expected groundwater level. This sometimes requires a sump pump for positive discharge.
