Pipe routing
Mapping every copper run before walls are plastered over

Farwaniya
Central gas installation in Rai Industrial supplies restaurants, bakeries and workshops with varying demands. We start from an industrial-grade meter at higher pressure and run larger-diameter pipes to each facility, then divide by expected consumption. High-pressure testing and full documentation are required before operation.
Rai Industrial facilities include restaurants with large kitchens and commercial ovens and workshops, each needing reliable gas supply. We measure pressure requirements for each unit and design the network so high cooking demand does not cause pressure drop for neighbors. Main pipes are placed on external walls or under ceilings for easy inspection and maintenance.
Rai Industrial sits in Farwaniya governorate near The Avenues Mall, a commercial and industrial zone with high business activity.
The complete network is tested at 3 bar for one hour before handover because pressure failures in restaurants affect production.
Mapping every copper run before walls are plastered over
Branching the network to each appliance position per plan
Fitting an isolation valve at every outlet for future servicing
Dry nitrogen charge and pressure hold test before handover
Core drilling wall openings and securing pipes with correct clips
Recording final pipe routes for future maintenance reference
How we work

Tell us what is happening and where, and the right equipment is loaded before we arrive.

We film the line from inside and know the kind of blockage and its exact place. No guessing.

High pressure water, a machine or a drain snake, whichever the line actually needs.

The camera runs a second pass and you see the line clear with your own eyes before we leave.
Same method, same equipment. Only the size of the job changes.

Why us
Amana means trust. Someone else's home is not ours to be careless in.
Do not take our word for it. Look at the line yourself.
Breaking is the last resort, never the first step.
A blocked line does not wait for the morning.
Six governorates, 139 areas.
For buildings and complexes, servicing before the problem starts.
Restaurants, offices and complexes, not only homes.

No, each unit has its own meter and a separate regulator valve. If one restaurant fires all its ovens its own pressure drops but does not affect other restaurants on separate branches.
We check connected pipes and meters, and if prior capacity is available we adjust only the valves and regulators. If the pipes are too small, we run a larger branch from the main line.
