Main pipe run
Running the supply line into the kitchen at the correct pipe diameter

Jahra
Designing your Qasr restaurant gas network starts by mapping every route from the inlet to each stove, oven and grill. We calculate pressure drop along each branch and select pipe diameters accordingly. Then every corner and joint is tested with soapy water and compressed air.
Qasr restaurants usually occupy light industrial buildings with spacious kitchens and regular layouts, allowing uniform piping and easy maintenance. We run copper tubes along walls on standard brackets at even intervals. Where there is polished concrete flooring we suggest overhead routing rather than burying, as it is easier to inspect and repair quickly.
Qasr is a small commercial and residential district in Jahra governorate, developed as professional restaurant spaces grew in demand.
After every installation we open the valves, listen for gas flow and wait one minute to confirm no hissing or popping occurs.
Running the supply line into the kitchen at the correct pipe diameter
Dedicated branch for each burner, oven, grill or fryer in the kitchen
Valve at each appliance so one unit can be isolated without stopping the whole line
Pipes run inside the wall or surface-mounted to suit the building structure
Completed network tested under dry nitrogen pressure before any appliance is connected
Inspecting or extending a working kitchen gas network with minimal downtime
How we work

Tell us what is happening and where, and the right equipment is loaded before we arrive.

We film the line from inside and know the kind of blockage and its exact place. No guessing.

High pressure water, a machine or a drain snake, whichever the line actually needs.

The camera runs a second pass and you see the line clear with your own eyes before we leave.
Same method, same equipment. Only the size of the job changes.

Yes, overhead pipes are safer in Qasr kitchens because they are visible and easy to inspect and repair. Buried pipes require repeated excavation if a leak is suspected, but overhead pipes allow instant visual detection.
We recommend a full pressure test every three months and monthly auditory checks of all valves and joints. If you notice faint gas smell contact us immediately and do not operate any appliance.
