How do we handle thermal expansion in hot-water pipes through a unit?
We install steel brackets with free gaps every one and a half metres, allowing the pipe to move without straining joints. Copper expands roughly three millimetres per ten metres when heated.
Can a new consumption point be added after testing and closure?
