Can a bathroom waste outlet be moved after pressure testing?
Yes, if the floor has not been drilled yet. We cut the pipe carefully and move the end to the new position and retest before drilling. If the floor is already drilled, moving it means new drilling and extra cost.
What if an air pocket is found in the water line after handover?
Air pockets usually clear by slowly opening supply taps for one minute. If large bubbles continue after two days we open the highest point in the line and blow air out at low pressure. This is normal after installation and does not reflect a fault.
