How do you run pipes when each floor has a raised base?
Raised floors provide ideal runs. We lay supply and waste pipes under the original floor before installing the new base. Each pipe is clamped with metal brackets and left accessible for insulation. Pipes under the floor are tested before the void is sealed.
What if pressure is low on the upper floors?
We measure pressure with a gauge on each floor. If it falls below requirement we recommend a pressure pump in the plant room or near the roof tank. The pump raises pressure to all upper units. It is tested under full load before handover.
