What if I share a water meter with my neighbour?
With a shared meter we need to split the pipes in the meter room or just after it so each unit takes its share. We fit an isolation valve on each side so you can cut water to your flat without affecting neighbours.
Can I expand the network later if I add a new bathroom?
Yes, PEX can be extended later with new tubes of matching diameter. We keep a full diagram of each line to ease expansion, and when adding, the new section is tested separately before joining.
