Supply line checks
Pressure readings and joint checks to catch early leaks before damage spreads

Capital
Building network maintenance in Daiya starts with inspecting supply lines from the main meter and roof tanks, then tracing every drain branch to the sewers. We test pressure, flow and leaks before problems emerge. We provide an annual maintenance schedule that keeps the entire network safe.
Residential buildings in Daiya near British School have large roof tanks and intertwined horizontal distribution under the roofs. We inspect the fall of rooftop drain lines, the slopes inside walls and connections to the main inspection chamber. Older tanks may need cleaning or internal recoating, and copper and steel pipes may show weak points after years. We document the state of every component and rank repairs by priority.
Daiya is an established residential district in Kuwait governorate, where a developed neighbourhood of semi-vintage buildings stands near Daiya Park and many international schools.
Every rooftop drain line is tested by slowly raising water to check for blockages before the rain season.
Pressure readings and joint checks to catch early leaks before damage spreads
Inspecting building drains and noting any slowdown or sediment before full blockage
Checking transfer and pressure pumps and all tanks at every scheduled visit
Camera and acoustic tools locate hidden leaks without breaking tiles on a guess
Checking and repairing mixers, taps and cisterns across the building units
Recording each visit's findings and repair recommendations for the building owner
How we work

Tell us what is happening and where, and the right equipment is loaded before we arrive.

We film the line from inside and know the kind of blockage and its exact place. No guessing.

High pressure water, a machine or a drain snake, whichever the line actually needs.

The camera runs a second pass and you see the line clear with your own eyes before we leave.
Same method, same equipment. Only the size of the job changes.

We recommend at least twice yearly, once before summer and once before winter. We check floats, valves, inner linings and sediment buildup on the floor.
We carefully lift tiles around the joint, dry the area and disconnect it. We re-seal the pipe with tape and reset the tiles with fresh sealant underneath.
