Supply line checks
Pressure readings and joint checks to catch early leaks before damage spreads

Capital
Building network maintenance in Dasman starts with checking supply lines from the rooftop tank down the vertical risers to each unit. We inspect joints, valves and main drains, test pressure and flow before leaks or blockages appear.
Many Dasman buildings date from earlier decades with large rooftop tanks and wrought-iron pipes in the plumbing, and mineral deposits accumulate inside these pipes over the years. We check risers and downcomers for narrowing and internal rust, and test outlet pressure at each floor to confirm even distribution. If we find heavy buildup we recommend flushing the network from inside or replacing weakened sections before a pipe rupture occurs.
Dasman sits on the Arabian Gulf shore in Kuwait City, where buildings face high humidity and salt spray that corrodes internal plumbing metals.
We attach a digital pressure gauge to each main distribution valve to log monthly readings, because a pressure drop signals a hidden leak in the network.
Pressure readings and joint checks to catch early leaks before damage spreads
Inspecting building drains and noting any slowdown or sediment before full blockage
Checking transfer and pressure pumps and all tanks at every scheduled visit
Camera and acoustic tools locate hidden leaks without breaking tiles on a guess
Checking and repairing mixers, taps and cisterns across the building units
Recording each visit's findings and repair recommendations for the building owner
How we work

Tell us what is happening and where, and the right equipment is loaded before we arrive.

We film the line from inside and know the kind of blockage and its exact place. No guessing.

High pressure water, a machine or a drain snake, whichever the line actually needs.

The camera runs a second pass and you see the line clear with your own eyes before we leave.
Same method, same equipment. Only the size of the job changes.

We divide the network into sections and close each isolation valve one by one while watching the main pressure gauge. The section causing pressure to drop contains the leak. Then we trace that pipe section by sight and by listening.
We advise at least annual inspection for buildings older than fifteen years, and every six months if blockages recur often. Regular checks catch rust and buildup before sudden failure.
