Can the waste pipe be buried under tiles in an elevated area?
Yes, but we use slightly larger diameter pipes and mount metal supports every metre to prevent sagging. After installation we run water for ten minutes to check for leaks beneath the surface.
Is the new basin safe if the power cuts out?
