Can the tub be installed without raising the floor level?
If the existing drain has sufficient fall, yes. We open the floor minimally around the existing outlet, set the tub level on a slim base, and fill the gap with reinforced grout.
What if the old drain is blocked or set too deep?
We test the drain first with test water. If it is blocked we offer cleaning it or running a new drain in a raised floor system. The second option preserves a safe fall over the existing slab.
