Does the jacuzzi need its own waste line separate from the bathroom stack?
No, it can connect to the existing vent and soil stack if it is 50 millimetres or larger in diameter. We first check the slope of the existing pipe and if it is too steep we install a trap between the jacuzzi and the stack.
Will the apartment water heater be fast enough to fill the jacuzzi?
We inspect the heater first and measure the flow rate in litres per minute. If it is slow, we suggest an insulated mixing tank with a small electric immersion heater to warm the water while filling.
