If the floor trap is very far from where the new shower should be, is there a solution?
Yes, we can cut a new channel under tiles from the shower position to the nearest drain point or even raise the floor slightly for better slope. Alternatively we install a new small intermediate trap close to the shower and connect it to the main trap via an underground waste pipe.
Can a shower be installed in an old bathroom without breaking most of the floor tiles?
