Can the new shower be installed in the exact same spot without breaking tiles?
If the waste outlet and supply entries match the new shower exactly, no breaking is needed. If the new tray trap position differs even slightly from the old one, limited tile breaking may be required to adjust the drain outlet.
Why does water pool on the shower floor after installation?
The most common cause is insufficient slope toward the drain outlet, or a trap set too high. Relevelling the tray or adjusting the trap height corrects the problem.
Does Kuwait's hard water affect the shower head and mixer?
Yes, mineral scale blocks shower head nozzles and accumulates inside the mixer body, reducing flow. Periodic cleaning extends the head's life, and fitting flexible connections at installation reduces stress from scale build-up.
Do you supply the shower unit or should I buy it myself?
You can supply the unit yourself or arrange supply through us. If you buy it, confirm the mixer suits your home's water pressure and that the tray dimensions fit the allocated shower space.
When is it safe to close the wall after the shower supply lines are fitted?
The wall must not be closed before a pressure test on the concealed supply lines. Any small leak caught before closing is straightforward to fix; after tiling it becomes far harder to locate and repair.
